Director School was set up to help SME directors understand how to get the best out of their board and leadership. By showing you how to meet your role and responsibilities, how to use the board meetings to improve business, how to lead effectively, build great culture and get executives to focus on the action necessary to move the organisation forward.

With over four decades of multi-sector business experience, I'm a composed and battle-hardened pro, dispensing unwavering confidence and savvy guidance to directors and entrepreneurs alike.
